I think this was the firm that designed Grand Central Terminal (along with
Fellheimer & Wagner). You might check the *AIA Guide to NYC* (Willensky & ?)
as a starting point, but beyond that I defer the to New York historians.
Avery Library at Columbia University (NYC) is known for its extensive
architectural collections -- periodicals, books, drawings, and other amazing
stuff. If you can make it the trip, it would be well worth it. I am sure they
would have a lot of information on this firm -- it was quite well known.
