CW HOG stands for Coopertive Wilderness Handicapped Outdoor Group.  You can

There the ones that I take seated areobics from.  Also I went to a wheelchair
sports clinic last spring that I think I told the list about.  It was put on
by this group in conjunction with one of the local hospitals.  I have also
gone to the Lava Hot Springs serval times as well as some picnics.  Anyway
it's a realy neet group.  There needs to be more orginizations like this one.
