Hi Dzingai,
Im sure your seeing your true total HDD when you see the properties of your
HDD.Sometimes when installing programs, they show that I don't have much HDD
then what I really have, even my anti-virus shows that. But all my other TRUE
settings show my totall HDD.
I would suggest running a "DEBUG" before formatting, this ensures TOTAL
erasing of the HDD,then you'll need to run FDISK after that, then a
format, and do a long format to be sure.I can't tell you the DEBUG script
because certain computer makers create there own.Although I have been told
that they are pretty much general in use.I use my manufacturers DEBUG
script.I'm sure you can find it from the maker,or from a good computer
source, let me know and I will try and find one for you at Microsoft!!
:-) Tom
