You will probably have to use the FCC look-up feature available on the
www.windrivers.com page to find this one.
I spent a few minutes looking around because your card sounded somewhat
familiar and I came up with nothing as well. If the FCC search comes up
with nothing, I might suggest you load drivers separately for the
card.....one for Sound Blaster compatible sound and one for the Hayes
compatible.
You will need to know the adresses (ie: port 220, irq 7, etc.).
