 Perhaps so.  I heard that the culprit was triptophan in turkey.  So if you
can't sleep at night, eat a big thing of turkey and dressing with a bunch of
sage on it, and follow that with a warm glass of milk.  Or, get dressed up,
put some sage in the milk and dunk the turkey before you eat it.  Take it
from Dr. Yum Yum.
