The US and NZ are not alone. Here in Canada, Anthony was granted disabled status so we could qualify for a tax deduction, parking placard, etc. But we have to re-apply every 5 years. We still have a year and a half to go. Anybody want to wager he will "outgrow" his CP by then? <grin>

You obviously do not appreciate the illogic of our social security
system. They don't cure anyone, but that does not prevent from withholding
benefits.
