Thanks Amanda,

When I met with hospice today, I told them that I wanted to gather as much
useful information as possible (while I had their full attention) to pass
along to the disability community.  I took copious notes and asked many, many
questions.  I can't do this right now, but I promise to compile this
information and share with C-PALSY.
