Well, after beening Wheat-free for 7 months the Naturopath has told me
to go Gluten-free. I am pretty good on figuring out the flour aspect on
lables,
Wheat, Rye, Oats (beacause of cross-contamination), Barley.
But what about all the little ingredients. What of them are gluten
containing?
Also what are some sites out there that offer a list of gluten-free,
gluten containing foods?
What are some common brand names that are gluten free, sold in Canada?
All help is appreciated.
