A dear friend has made gf cookies for me each year.

Usually she goes to health food store and uses rice
flour or whatever and adapts her recipe.  She used
Sylvan Border Farm General Purpose Flour Mix (wheat
free and gluten free).  I'd never used Sylvan Border
Farms before, but these cookies turned out great. They
were Filbert Nut Cookies, with some powdered sugar on
them.  Tasty and what a treat!  I had the recipe, I've
never made them. It seems I find plently of other gf
things to get in trouble with (eating too much!).

I'll try to get them from her again & post it, but she
may have left now for the holidays.

No financial connection to Sylvan Border Farms, but
just am happy with the gf product.
