I talked to the Wise people today who basically said plain potato chips
and Cheese doodles are GF. Anything with flavorings stay away from.
Below are the two answers that I got from other listmates that might
help. They do not send out GF lists to "cover their bases", but their
toll-free number is below. No further knowledge about One-Pie. Thanks to
those who replied! :-) Susan

"Here's a # for Wise Consumer Response 1-800-426-7336. Regular,
unflavored Wise Potato Chips are gf. If you need info on other snacks,
give them a call. I couldn't find One-Pie. Sorry."

"I wrote to Wise about their potato chips. They wrote back and said
they are gluten free. I wrote to them again to see if there is a
possibility of contamination. I need to find out if they use a
dedicated line or if there is a possibility of contamination from the
other products which use seasonings which are not gluten free. I went
through the same thing with Lays. They said they thoroughly clean the
lines, but they run the plain potato chips through first thing in the
morning. I will avoid these products."
