I am leaving on Thursday for a week in Madrid. Although I found a
restaurant card in Spanish in the back of the "Against The Grain" book,
I could use some suggestions on places to eat or specific foods to avoid
(no matter what they say)! I am a little nervous that I will spend the
entire week in the bano.
Also, I keep seeing references to Balance Bars. Are they totally GF or
only certain flavors? I would love to pack some with me for emergencies.
If you know of any other convenience foods that pack without smashing
to pieces, I sure would appreciate the info. Thanks!
