Hello Listers,
I have read several comments recently regarding citric acid and was
wondering what the potential contamination issue is with it. Because of
the name, I assumed it was derived from citrus, is this mistaken. What
is it, and where does it come from? Are there safe sources of citric
acid (i.e. corn, potato, etc)? Thanks for any info you can offer:)
