I may have metnioned this before, but Brasilian BBQ restaurnats, like
Green Fields in the NY, NJ area do NOT use gluten in their meats.
Banans are friend in manioc flour which is gf.  As long as you stay away
from gravies and cakes, you should be ok....and the food is great!
