Does anyone know if Just Whites All Natural Egg Whites by Deb-El Foods,
purchased in USA, is gluten free? They list no phone number on their
product, so I can't contact them easily.

What other powdered egg white products do others use when preparing GF
baked goods? Some recipes I've seen call specifically for powdered egg
whites.
