For the last couple weeks, but especially the last week, I have been having
trouble having bowel movements. My abdomen is bloated. when I try to have one
(and feel like maybe I could), instead what comes out is a wad of mucous.
Just that, one or two of them (about the size of a large cherry), pretty
white or yellowish.

I have been very strict about my celiac diet for a couple months now. For a
while it seemed to be going well, but then I started being backed up again,
and this began. I am also lactose intolerant, and have been very vilgilant
about that as well.

I am going to go see my gastroent., but that'll be a while, so I was
wondering if anyone else has had this symptom and what they learned about it.
