2 8 oz packages of gf cream cheese
2 c pumpkin
5 eggs
2 c gf sugar
5 t cornstarch
1 pint of gf sour cream
1 t gf vanilla
1 t lemon juice
dash of salt
1 1/2 t cinnamon gf
3/4 t ginger gf
1/2 cloves
Mix in order given, be sure to add eggs one at the time. Bake 325 for 1
hour. Do no open door. Leave in oven for 1 hr to cool. Refrigerate,
serve with cool whip if desired.
