Hello,

      Being new to this, I see that most Ice Creams
have Annatto Color in them.  I read that Annatto color
can contain Caramel Color.  Are you able to tell me
which Ice Creams are ok?  I know that Breyers Frozen
Yogurt is ok.

      As for BBQ Sauce, I am unsure of.  Which ones
are ok?  I was told that Kraft makes ones that are
safe.
