go into the cmos setup.
there should be a a bios password setting.
just change it to something else!

i also vaguely remember that there is a jumper on the motherboard to
disable opening the cmos menu. i don't know if modern motherboards have
this anymore, but my old 386 mobo had one of those jumpers. you could
short two pins with a jumper and close the case. the only way to get
into the cmos was to crack the case and remove the jumper.

another way is to upgrade the bios.
