I guess I could starve while waiting for the Paleo philosophy to become
possible to execute. You're right about the grains, but I'll keep eating
these guys until it becomes practical to get healthier meats. I don't see
any good options, and think that keeping myself off the starches is by far
the most important element of the diet.
