Hi;
I'm working on a "aimachine" kinda like an emachine
all in one (onboard video & sound)micro-atx  - Biostar M6TWC - intel
810 chipset
Celeron 400 cpu
the machine will only boot in safe mode.
I've tried:
reformat /re-install win98
new power supply
new memory
video drivers - several different
tried a pci video card - no joy

Another quirk- if I shut down the machine it  won't restart for about
10 minutes
no matter how long/short it has been running.
Then after waiting the10 min., it starts
right up, with Cmos settings reset to defaults everytime.
Same with another power supply. It will run for hours, once it boots
up.
I'm fairly convinced it is a video issue
Toasted mobo or is there something I'm missing?
Does anyone know how or if I can disable the onboard video on this
board?
It has a huge Award bios setup with many options.
