Sounds familiar. If it says Iomega anywhere on it, it might be from around
1994-5.  Qic-80 was a tape format.  250 might mean that to could use the
extended length 250Meg tapes of that time period.
Tape drives and the tape software if that time were very ** Proprietary **
even from version to version in the same company.
Basically, in computer terms, it is a dinosaur.
Unless you have the tape drive, the software, and a good supply tapes
in VERY good condition, it is not a very good idea to sink too much time
or money into getting it up and running...
You will need to know if it runs on a floppy controller, an accelerator card,
