Thanx for the suggestion... such a "simple" one at that! :) I will pass
that information on to my friend, and let everyone know if that fixes the
problem. I'm betting it will. It never ceases to amaze me that we "tech"
minded people can overlook some of the simplest methods to fix our
problems. It just goes to show how important these forums are. Thanx again.
