on boot up, the system is halting at a blue sceen with the following
message:

VFAT Device Initialization Failed

A device or resource required by VFAT isnot present or is unavialable.  VFAT
cannot continue loading.

System halted.

I've reinstalled windows once.  What else should I do? try?
