You would either need to establish trusts, or create a duplicate user
account on each domain.
For example;
London NY
RobB RobB
TomD TomD
FredH FredH
If you create them and can get users to use the same password on both
domains NT will pass-thru the username/password combination.
It is far easier to set up trusts than to do it this way.
