as for bullion (chicken cubes/powder/stock/canned soups) .. there is something in chicken broth (unless it is totally home-made from cooking a fresh chicken) that is casein based or a lactylate base that milk/casein/lactose people need to avoid..   jordan told me once what was in it but i cant remember..  i just know she stays away from it...
