hi all...   well first things first..   i can identify with the dilemna of not finding sympathetic physicians (one of the reasons that my daughter, Jordan, changed her career direction toward biotechnical research from medicine  - she said it was far to closed minded for her...  but Jordan's gp at the University of Kentucky's Student Health Services has been so helpful, patient and professionally curious toward her recently diagnosed dairy allergy...   He's referred her findings to his collegues who have other patients with similar symptoms.

She also is dancing a happy dance because she found the wonderful products of the Tofutti Co. which will allow her a pizza every now and then..    also she sends her thanks for the Stella D'Oro posting and the reports from Julia (she is going to use some as reference in a class assignment)...

Does anyone know of a good recipe for potato soup?  Does Rice Dream 'milk'   cook like milk?    Jordan misses that occacionally and wondered if anyone had tried that in soup.
