Thanks for your private e-mail and be rest assured
that i am not a quitter, i have been browsing through
during my "free" moments. I am very busy these days.
Ps, i met them at Gatwick ( you know who, i believe!

However, after having gone through some of the recent
postings, i was glad, for the simple reason that
nowadays the discussions are becoming more objective,
responsible and all insults are being "garbaged".
I read through Hamjatta's, Haruna's and that of Mr.D
Nying, to be candid even whereas some of these guys
have views different from mine vis-a-vis the regime at
home, i must admit that the discussion as of now is
"fuming" but producing the scent of "chooraye".
Please!!!!! people like Jasseh Conteh and some other
peripheral distractors who are only armed with their
"magnetised" jargons shouldn't waste your time! The
moscovites used to say that, "nothing new is
nothing good" so i believe the new trend of tolerance
should be guarded with total jealousy by all. Actually
all that i AL K. was after is to allow all and
sundry be able to attend the trade fair or (gambia-L
laugh). It is now left to those watching, to choose
the goods that suit them.
Therefore, if there are self appointed Gambia-L judges
who are engaged on gribbing people like me with their
"hidden-electrocuting" sanctions around, why on earth
aren't they telling Conteh to eject Zainab's name from
the discussion in order to encourage the prevailing
DECENCY!? This is the very way that personal attacks
are allowed to mushroom and
when things become uncontrollable thats the time we
start seeing Dr.this! Dr.that! or satire this! satire
that! parading herein crying foul in a very cynical
way.
Gambia-L belongs to Gambians and i have not YET come
accross any extra-terrestial subscriber herein! so
lets discuss respectfully and in a tolerant way. If
some of us are teaching decency, maturity, etc then
why can't we listen to each other? The bible's
desiderata gives us the answer.I cannot understand the
use we can derive from superimposed so-called
intellectuals when these "intellectuals in spectacles"
as was said by Birago Diop a renowned senegalese
poet,CANNOT tolerate speaking to some one who does not
either understand their "deep-rooted"
intelligence(laugh) or does not agree with their
views.
It is obvious that guns can dictate but its worst if
we attempt to dictate with our pens or key
boards...What i see here is when Dr. X speaks
just say yes! when Dr. Y writes just consume because
he is the camp's "yaakaar" thats really funny for me
because my intellectual perpective refuses to be
"shackled". In Gambia before, the following words were
worshipped because of ignorance ie: DOCTOR! LECTURER
IN THE STATES! PROFESSOR!
Oh no! you see if we take into consideration the
brains in Los-Alamos and other areas in the states,
should we say that Great American Institution should
have been led by these scienctists and not "bushy"? Of
course not!
When shall these Doctors and this or thats establish
an Ngo and show us something different. We have only
heard these so-called paper-hungry exams-maniacs say
"libaahut" "lijaarut yôn" but not yet create any
concrete institution for the welfare of Gambians. Does
this mean that Dr.X and Dr. Y etc can never produce if
they are NOT at state house?
I won't be surprised if they accuse me being jealous
ha! "Na waye di wuyo lamuy nuru".
I will be active again when the need arises as of now
i am really very busy doing other things.
