Friends,

This makes me have a good question that I don't know myself, what happens to
a person's disability check, when we go to court and are awarded some money?
I have known some people who have received some money from a will, and they
had to turn it down or have a spend down fast to use it before the government
learned about it. Is there anyway of doing something instead of getting the
money out of site fast?

Thanks,
Anthony
