Lynn, yes, I have back problems like that. I can no longer stand up for any
period of time.  I have had an OT come to my house to make suggestions on how
to fix my office chair, and then I had the guy at the wheelchair place make
foam to my needs, and it's much better.  If you can find a cheap way to get
into some hot water with a jet, that helps too.
