Hi Karen,

Hmm, isn't that something........  I never could go up any stairs or steps.  If
there is railing, and IF I don't have anything in my hands, I grab both rails
with both my hands and literally pull myself up the steps with all my arm
strength.  Because my legs, have NO strength whatsoever.  And I find going down,
doesn't require any real strength for me - they (my legs) work ok going
down.........
