I'm guessing that this person is using TCP through the Internet rather
than RAS... have your IP address changed at your service provider.
That's a quick fix. There may be more efficient ones. Anybody?

Subject: [PCBUILD] Microsoft Exchange 5.0 Problem
I have Exchange 5.0 and someone is using my exchange server as a relay. Is
there anything I can do to stop them from using my server? I have a
firewall and it seems that it is not stopping them due to the fact that they
are using the correct configuration. Any help with this at all will be
greatly appreciated.
