One more suggestion. I had a similar problem with a Diamond video card when
it was set to 75Hz refresh rate. By changing it to 72Hz, the problem went
away. I went through a power supply and a video card replacement before I
discovered the problem. This showed up only when the video card heated up,
thus it was not initially clear that the refresh rate would fix it.
