I'm looking for a new AGP video card that can run on a 83Mhz FBS without crashing my system. DVD support, S-Video out, and video capture are a few of the features I'm looking for. Any ideas?!? Also, are there any other changes (harddrive, CD-ROM, cards, etc...) that I need to make in order to go from a 66Mhz FBS to 83Mhz?
