I recently became aware of a soy milk product which truly kicks butt. It's
made by Beatrice Foods which I believe is the same as the multi-national
food products company. I buy it at a local supermarket (Dominion) here in
Toronto. It does NOT have a soy taste. In fact it is the closest taste to
milk I've ever found. The only downside is that it has a slight sweet taste.
This morning I used it with a bowl of cereal and really couldn't tell the
difference from milk. I even tasted it "straight up" using a tablespoon and
didn't gag or have an aftertaste. It's called Sensational Soy and comes in a
2 litre (Canadian spelling) milk type container. I hope other list-mates
will be able to track it down.
