Mr. Bamba Laye Jallow,

Thank you very much for that enlightening piece. It is very relevant to the
current issues in our sub-region, especially in Cassamance. I have been
trying to warn Gambians about the same ethno-nationalist tendencies of the
MFDC, and that Yaya Jammeh will unleash that "Jola syndrome" as a last
resort to help carve out a Jola nation-state stretching from Foni to
peripheral northern Guinea-Bissau. Remember what Albert Einstein once said,
that "nationalism is an infantile disease, the measles of humanity". This
"Jola syndrome" is worst cause it parasites the Gambian state to arm,
finance and destabilize the whole sub-region forever.

Greetings.

Ebou Jallow
