Several weeks back, I was pulled over for speeding.  The police asked 4 my
license and owners card.  I asked permission to get them from my brief case
kept in rear of my van.

Agreeing, I opened my door, it took my normal time of 3min to get my let leg
out the door.

Proceeding to move my right   leg,  he told me to "watch the limit," got
into his car, and sped away.
