In case you guys were interested in how the Hecht's thing panned out... I
got a letter from them today.  They apologized profusely, and sent me a $100
gift certificate.  They also said that they added more signage pointing out
elevators, and widened some of the aisles between racks.  They're working on
enlarging the dressing rooms.  I feel pretty good about it.  At least I was
able to make things somewhat better for other people.
