Hi all, I was pleased, upon buying the bread cookbook by Bette Hagman,
to notice that she includes nutritional information for each recipe. For
example, she says that each portion of a specific bread recipe contains
120 calories, 4 grams of fat, etc. However, either I am missing
something, or she doesn't give the number of servings for each bread. It
is impossible to calculate calories for each slice if we do not know how
many slices make up the whole. Has anyone found this information
anywhere in the book? Thanks very much. Karen in Massachusetts
