DIRECTIONS:    Take the beltway to the Connecticut Avenue (North) exist
in Maryland.  Travel approximately 2 miles on Connecticut Avenue, toward
Kensington.  Turn left on Knowles Avenue (traffic light).  Go through
the traffic light at Knowles and Summit.  The library will be on your
right.

GUEST:  Paul Kelty, of Mr. Ritt's Bakery in Philadelphia, will be
joining us.  Mr. Ritt's Bakery has been converted into a entirely gluten
free baking establishment.

EAT:  The WACSSG has purchased several varieties of Mr. Ritt's cakes to
sample during the meeting.  To defray the cost of the samples, donations
at the meeting are more than welcome!

The Himbergers will give us a summary of the 9th International Symposium
on Celiac Disease held in Baltimore August 10th-13th.

As always, please feel free to bring gluten free snacks to share at the
meeting.  Please make sure to include brand names of products used in
recipes and try to be considerate of members who have other food
intolerances.
