I have 1 year old twin boys. Their brother, 9yrs old, was diagnosed with
CD just this week. After days online, I have learned that my twins have
DH. It looks exactly like all the pictures. The doctor had been treating
it with steroids, which didn't really help. It comes and goes. Now that
I know what it is, and from what I have read, I guess this means the
twins also have CD. Am I right? Anyway, my entire family are going to
start the GF diet as soon as I finish my battle plans. =) One big
problem for me. My babies love crackers and cookies. I can't afford to
buy all that expensive specialty foods. Does anyone have an inexpensive
alternative. I don't mind baking in my oven even though I don't have
much experience. I had a bread machine once but the loaves were just too
small. My husband and I have 7 children, and even with the 2.5lb
machine, it just wasn't enough. I would love to purchase a large bread
pan if I could find one and some good GF bread, cracker or cookie
recipes too.
