Sorry, forgot to add one thing.  I did a follow up with Outback and asked
about GF status of the Crab Legs, and the drawn butter used for dipping
because it was not on the list sent to me.  Their response was that the crab
legs and drawn butter have not been evaluated, so they do not guarantee it to
be GF.  They also stated that they are not scheduled for another gluten-free
evaluation for another 11 months.  Just thought I would add this.   I
personally have tried them, w/ no problems.  Happy eating!!
