Ener-G Foods was kind enough to send a few samples of their Six Flour
Loaf to our last support group get together. It was so moist and tasty I
bought a few loaves. For a mass produced bread I find it quite good and it
only has 4 grams of fat per serving, versus 6 grams in the Tapioca loaf.
I've not tasted the latest version of the Tapioca loaf so I don't know how
it compares but this is mighty tasty!

The ingredients list: filtered water, corn flour, corn starch, tapioca
flour, rice flour, white rice flour, cold pressed safflower oil, yeast, pear
juice, sweet potato flour, methylcellulose, xanthan gum, potato flour and
baking powder (sodium pyrophosphate ,sodium bicarbonate, potato starch,
monocalcium phosphate) and salt.

I have no ties to this company...just a satisfied customer appreciating
new products!
