Hi all,

I am looking for information on what is gluten free at Wendy's
restaurants.  I have looked in the archives but the posts were from last
year.  Does anyone currently eat at Wendy's restaurants who could
reassure me of what is safe?  I did look at www.wendys.com, but it only
list nutritional values.  They had no email address, only a snail mail
address.  I did write to them but would like information sooner.  Any
responses would be appreciated.
