Thanks to all of you who responded.  The majority who wrote said that the
following are milk free.

Sustacal, criticare, vivonex, Vigor Aid.  Vigor Aid is soy based but I'm not
sure what the others are.  I wasn't able to find any in my grocery store nor
the pharmacy.
