Per my recent inquiry regarding Enchilada Sauce, please find the following
summary of replies:

>Las Palmas is still GF, I just used it yesterday.

>Safeway's is GF!

> I don't have an exact recipe, but I'll wing it.

1 can tomato sauce
1/2 can of tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
garlic salt to taste
cumin to taste
1/2 can of chicken broth

>All Old El Paso enchilada sauces contain wheat. It's better to make it
>yourself.

>I made enchiladas from scratch using McCormick brand sauce mix in an
>envelope in the gravy or spice section of the store. You mix this with
>tomato sauce and it is quite good. All McCormick spices and most sauces
>are gf.
