Thanks to all those who responded!

The most popular response was to get a grain mill (Vita Mix and
Grainmaster Whisper).

One person suggested sorghum at www.jowar.com
Cecilia's Gluten-Free pantry at http://www.glutenfreegrocer.com - tried
to log on and had trouble, will try again.

Another suggestion was to grind own rice to cereal consistency.
And for those who can get flour but not quick cereal, one person pointed
out that brown rice flour can be cooked like cereal.

Another suggestion was to eat more vegetables.

I have not deleted the actual messages yet so if anyone finds the summary
not extensive/clear enough, let me know.
