Hello there,
This is to summarize responses to my questions re: Nature's Sunshine herbs
and supplements.  Four people responded (thank you) and suggested the
following herbs; alfalfa, burdock, cat's claw, dandelion, fennel, garlic,
ginger, licorice, nettles, papaya, slippery elm, ginsing, schizandra, and
peppermint.  A strong suggestion was made to research herbs before adding
them to your diet or consult with a knowledgable herbalist as they can
cause problems.  One person said he uses Biobasic from Life Plus to
supplement his diet.  One person who is a distributor from Nature Sunshine
said she got sick on the ALJ's.  As far as I know, their gf list has not
been posted at their website.
