Nancy has posted some messages over the last several weeks talking about
the Ness Carbohydrase enzymes. I've tried these enzymes and they have
effectively eliminated my rice/corn senstivity, and I am finally gaining
some much-needed weight. I gained 5 pounds in the first week alone, and
I feel GREAT. This has been the best thing that's happened to me since
I first became ill last year.

If anyone else is struggling with rice, corn, or soy sensitivities,
please consider trying a carbohydrate enzyme supplement. There are
others besides the Ness product, and I will post more information as I
find better values. The Ness enzymes are expensive, you have to take 2
per meal and they cost about 50 cents each (prices will vary). But the
concentration is supposed to double in a couple months, making them a
better value... and I know that there are other enzymes available which
work better for less money, you just need to shop around.

The number for Enzmes, Inc. is 1-800-637-7893. I spoke with Corey
Johnson, and he referred me to a local distributor (a chiropractor)...
you can't buy it direct.

I have no financial interest in this company, I just want people to know
about products like this one that can improve their lives.
