Farmers develop foods for wheat intolerant

BILLINGS, Montana (AP) -- Hilde Fischer misses bread the most.

An intolerance to a substance called gluten forced her to eliminate bread
and all foods made of barley, oats, rye and wheat from her diet two years
ago.

Now a group of Montana farmers hopes to offer Fischer and the millions of
Americans like her who suffer from celiac disease an alternative to the
sometimes bland substitutes they've had for bread and other grain foods over
the years.

This is a very interesting article.
