Serum antibodies screening for family members of celiacs in conjunction
with the University of Maryland Center for Celiac Research will be held
on December 2 and 3, 2000

Saturday, December 2, 8 -to 11  AM at the Suffield Senior Center, 7 Canal Rd,
Suffield, CT

Saturday, December 2, 1 to 4 PM at the Community Baptist Church, 585 East
Center St., Manchester, CT

Sunday, December 3, from 1 to 4 PM at Milford Hospital Auditorium, 300
Seaside Avenue, Milford, CT

Screening is by pre-registration only.  Those tested must be a first or
second degree relative of a person with Celiac Disease or Dermatitis
Herpetiformis (DH) or a person diagnosed with Celiac Disease who wishes to
check his compliance with the Gluten-Free Diet.  No one under the age of 10
will be tested.  A donation of $15 per person for each family member tested
is requested to help cover expenses.  You may receive a Registration Form by

e-mail please write:  REQUEST REGISTRATION FORM FOR CELIAC TESTING.

Family members of celiacs or those with DH in surrounding states are also
welcome to be tested at this Connecticut screening.

Please indicate which testing center you prefer, however that choice must be
firm.
